Trimming questions
My tree is very full — should I go up a height?
Yes. A Nordmann fir that is wider than it is tall looks right with the next height's count.
Can I swap pieces inside a set?
Write the swap in your order note — owls instead of clefs, more gold, fewer reds — and we repack before posting.
Do the sets include lights?
No — only glass. Warm-white lights at 2,700 K make silvered glass glow the way it does in our photos.
How do I store the set after Christmas?
Back in the same cotton nests and box, somewhere dry and not too hot. The box is made to last for years of Decembers.
